posting videos

Some people are reporting that they can't view the videos I have posted.  But some folks can view them.  I can't.  I don't seem to have the new "filmstrip" icon to easily post videos.  I have been using the "insert image" icon.  How do I get this new icon on my toolbar??  Any advice is welcomed....
